1. If you are an already existing United or UMR patient with us, we will CONTINUE to accept your insurance as both a primary and secondary insurance.
2. If you are a UNITED or UMR patient and are currently on our schedule for an upcoming appointment, we WILL accept your insurance.
3. On August 3, we will no longer accept NEW United or UMR patients as a primary insurance.
4. We WILL continue to accept United and UMR as a secondary insurance, however.
