Welcome to a new year of ha ha ha. This month we are laughing from 8-8:30PST online. Please join us by adding yourself to the mailing list at Living Joy Wisdom. My last two newsletters did not quite go as planned. hahaha. Anyways, If your ready to laugh in person or online there will be updates this weekend about weekend laughter clubs at the beach and online courses. I hope you are all doing super well and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Hello Friends Laughter yoga at the beach is temporary on hold while I'm out of state for a few weeks. In person classes will resume again in July. Online classes start again in September. I'm traveling international and state side for several months so access to classes is limited while traveling.
Sorry this year I couldn't find a substitute during my travel dates.
