Friday May 8th 5:30pm at CarmelBarre!

Join us for a high-energy Barre + Trampoline class designed for moms and daughters to sweat, smile, and make memories. We’ll combine cardio bursts on the trampoline with strengthening barre exercises for a playful full-body workout everyone will love.

Children ages 10+ attend for $10 with a registered adult. Advance sign-up is required, and space is limited—reserve your spots early!
