Not all shots are created equal, and not all people who do shots are created equal either.

At The Osteopathic Way and Santa Cruz Orthobiologics we generally don’t inject steroids. Instead we try to use regenerative shots like PRP and stem cell rich bone marrow whenever possible to help your body feel better.

Our doctors trained in injection therapy in residency and use ultrasound to go to exact right areas you need in order to heal. The area that is going to be injected is numbed using local anesthetic and we also have nitrous gas available in the office to breathe and make it hurt even less.

The goal is to get the injection within 1 millimeter of the issues causing you problems, not just to stick it in the joint and hope for the best. We try to have you be as comfortable as possible and use cutting edge regenerative injections.

Why would you go anywhere else?

The current medical system is failing. Failing patients, failing doctors.

Everyone you know has a story about how something was missed or they weren’t listened to.

On the doctor side we hear about terrible private equity groups that have taken over practices or hospital systems, forcing the doctors into worse and worse working situations.

Doctors are leaving medicine in droves, leaving areas like ours without certain specialties or primary care physicians.

Our practice was designed to help patients heal. We knew when we set it up that people needed more time with their doctor, more investigation into their problems, more options for care.

We know it can be difficult to go ‘out of network,’ but the only reason we can operate the way we do with personalized care is because we have rejected the standard.

Suffering for years on end because you can’t get in with a decent doctor or practitioner or they don’t have time to investigate your issue, paying copay after copay for nothing valuable is a suck of your time, energy and money.

Give us a few visits and see why our care is different. Call or text today for an appointment 8319203838.

As Osteopathic Physicians, we use our hands. We are experts at treating things other body workers can miss - fascia, organs, scar tissue. Most of our patients feel better with Osteopathic Treatment.

But when our hands aren’t enough to relieve your pain - we turn to injections as the next step.

How many physicians do you know who do body work? How many body workers do you know who can do injections? What about order X-rays and MRIs and read them? What about using ultrasound in the office to diagnose problems nerves, tendons and ligaments?

At The Osteopathic Way we try hard not to waste your time or money. If you aren’t seeing improvement relatively quickly, we are moving to the next tool in our toolbox.

Luckily for you, that toolbox is bigger than a lot of other doctors or body workers. Want to see how our practice is different? Call or text 8319203838 and schedule an appointment with one of our physicians today.
