Working hard behind the scenes here! Practicing so I can bring full body fascia change to you! If the pelvis and ribs are stable, aligned, and have healthy movement- the shoulders, neck and feet will follow. This means your scm muscle will stop pulling your face down as one win :). This is some of the best practices I have found in the body world. I cannot wait to bring it to you in person and virtual.

Protein is hot! 🔥

I want to simplify some longevity science so you can apply the viral high protein era to best suit your needs.

We will have two categories- building / body transformation and longevity.

It’s important to note what state you are in and what your personal goals are.

Building and or body transformation will be important if you are in a catabolic state- think muscles wasting, chronic stress and depletion of mineral/ nutrient stores, imbalanced hormones or wanting a muscular physique.

Longevity will be the goal of long term health and wellbeing. This in the focus to avoid the most common dis-eases associated with age and to avoid turning on certain genes.

I WANT BOTH!

Great news! You can have it all.. in time. It is important to rebuild any deficiency before thinking longevity- we don’t want to decorate a crumbling house. We want a great foundation first.

Comment PROTEIN for a guide on how to manage your protein intake while still keeping in mind your digestive health, hormone health, and body transformation goals

If we knew what was happening with the majority of our body…
🦠bacteria
🫨hormones
🐛 potential visitors
🤘mercury,aluminum and other metals

We would be able to breathe easier in knowing that our blowups at our partner, our inability to not eat the entire baguette 🥖 (actually favorite self care of mine), our painful moon🌓, the weight that is squatting rent free, the inability to get up before 10am, the wake ups at 2 am were not us being a problem.

Phew.

What is happening in our body can shockingly impact what we experience as our personality. There is deep freedom in healing to come back to who you are and want to be.

I’ll never forget the day my younger brother was jumping up and down sharing things that he learnt and was excited about including “I’m just so curious about everything!!!”

I responded back with the same level of excitement and jumping “stay curious forever” I loved his innocent wisdom
😍😍😍😍

If we stay curious
✨The anxiety can become more tolerable

✨ Fear takes on a new meaning

✨We see how a reaction pattern once served us and we can love and thank it and create a new way

✨In place of judging our skin, we look at the deeper causes of anything we see as less than

✨We have the chance to feel how “Should” is in our body versus “I choose to”

Stay Curious 🔥

11/13/2021

The true first step for a to do list.
And sometimes the only step!

What do I want to feel today?

Take your power back- your reactions are 100% yours.

How will you “be”while “doing”?

Easeful? Curious? Mindful? Energized? Grateful? Free? Warm?

Feeling into your emotional needs prior to taking action can entirely change how you approach a task and the outcomes.

Settle in before taking flight 💕
