Join us for a very special Wellness Wednesday as we welcome the changing season with an evening of Chinese Five Elements, tarot, astrology, herbs, tea, and delicious seasonal treats. 🌿🔮☕️

This gathering is all about transition, balance, reflection, and preparing ourselves for autumn.

🌿 Carmen Noguer of Lake Sylvia Wellness & Massage will introduce us to the Chinese Five Elements and how these ancient elements can help us understand balance, energy, and our connection to the changing seasons.

🔮 Dane Sydow of Lola Co will offer $5 five-minute tarot readings, asking the universe what is the invitation for the season.

✨ William Holloway of Orbitals Podcast will share $10 mini astrology readings and talk about the upcoming planetary movements and what’s happening in the skies above us.

Let’s make tea in community! (Carmen loves a good pun 😆) We’ll guide you through blending your own custom seasonal tea, choosing herbs and flavors that speak to you and the energy of autumn.

🍽️ Chef Jenn will prepare delicious seasonal plates, along with a special spell cookie made with love for the season. 🍪✨

Come cozy up with us, sip something warm, learn something new, and celebrate the turning of the wheel into autumn.

Guess who completed their last Chinese Medicine Five Element classes?

After months of studying the Five Elements, meridians, acupressure, energetic patterns, and learning to see health through the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I’m excited to add another layer of knowledge to the care I provide.

One of my favorite bakeries in Olympia is the San Francisco Bakery. Outside they have this incredible overgrown garden with these huge mounds of lavender filled with bees. It makes me so happy to watch pollinators. I think there is something really soothing and good for the nervous system watching bees 🐝 💜💜💜
