Our core philosophy at Mind&Body is to promote a profound sense of well-being, with consistent and exceptional results. With a foundation in traditional Naturopathy, Ayurvedic, Chinese, European spa therapies and Yoga, Mind&Body's team of licensed and certified therapists are dedicated to supporting your wellness goals. In combining two new therapies such as Expressive Art Therapy with Bodyworks,

we hope to accomplish an overall sense of well-being that we taylor to the individuals "mind and body" needs. Mind&Body's mission is to relieve disease that results from excess toxins, nutritional deficiencies and stress.
