Learning never stops! Yesterday some of our team got to attend an AAC training with Children’s Rehabilitation Services. Through this training our team learned various strategies and tools to better serve our clients that utilize AAC devices! Thank you, CRS for having us!

🏥🦅 Faulkner University is making a major investment in the future of rural health care!

Faulkner has been awarded more than $3 million through Alabama’s Rural Health Transformation Program to expand health care access and strengthen the health care workforce across rural Alabama.

The university received two awards totaling $3.055 million:

🚐 $2.08 million to establish the Eagle Care Mobile Health Network, bringing health care services directly to underserved rural communities.

🎓 $975,000 to establish a rural health care workforce program that will provide tuition assistance to eligible health professions students who commit to working in rural Alabama for five years.

Together, these initiatives will help bring care to rural communities today while preparing the health care workforce Alabama needs for tomorrow. 💙
