I spent the weekend in San Jose California learning more Neuropuncture techniques. Here is a picture of me being the model for a treatment of insomnia. This treatment uses points and electroacupuncture to stimulate the release of GABA and benzodiazepines in the brain, along with BDNF and GDNF. I was very relaxed for the rest of the day! Jon and I have been home for a week and he is recovering very well! Now on to dealing with the teen boy who apparently was involved in a minor golf cart accident yesterday, fell out and is now hurting. Got him to my office this morning to use the PEMF with infrared mat and now he doesn't want to leave.

Thank you for everyone's understanding while I have been away in Germany to support my life partner Jon after his massive heart attack and 2 week hospital stay. He is finally out of the hospital and we plan to fly home May 6th. I am planning to be back in the office seeing patients the week of May 11th. Jon still has a long road to recovery and we both can't wait to get home. I feel incredibly lucky to have the kind of people I have as patients, who have sent their prayers and otherwise supported me through this.

It's been an eventful few days and more reason I need to be with Jon here in Germany. I made him go back to the ER 1.5 days after he was discharged. They found fluid on his lungs and pericarditis. The cardiologist who first saw him was very unhappy that he had been discharged in the condition he was in. So now he is back in the hospital for 5 days, hopefully not more. He is doing much better now. We also received a visit from the man Irakli who saved Jon's life with his immediate actions. If you are ever in Dusseldorf I highly recommend the Hotel Alt Dusseldorf. Wonderful family run business.

I wanted to update everyone who has been following. Jon was discharged from the hospital yesterday, it's so different than in America, in a good way. Due to the severity of his heart attack and the stents placed, we have to wait 2 weeks before he can fly safely. I am still grateful for everyone understanding my absence and your continued prayers. He still has a long road to recovery but at least we will be home in 2 weeks.

I never write Google Reviews but this office is so great, I was compelled to. I wish I could give her higher than 5 stars. I started experiencing unusual painful symptoms in portions of my feet and shins about a year ago. I have seen 8 medical doctors/specialists and undergone many tests: bloodwork, scans, ultrasounds, and prescriptions with absolutely no answers and/or relief. I personally have never been a "believer" in alternative medicine, but I was desperate. I found Alyson Bayer, specializing in pain management and holistic health using Chinese medicine and other therapies like ATP Resonance Biotherapy, on the internet and a bonus is she is located right in the heart of Montgomery at the 4 corners (105&149). After one visit I could tell Alyson and her wonderful med tech Amy listened and really cared. She not only focused on where I was having my symptoms but also on the mental struggles I was having dealing with the lack of info I was receiving from traditional medicine. "She thinks outside of the box!" Together with her expertise and research on both of our parts we devised a plan that showed some promise. As a healthcare specialist myself, she is not out to take your money but genuinely cares. I have made enormous progress in just 5 weeks.
