🦠 Germ of the Week: Cyclospora

Yes, you’ve seen Cyclospora in the news—but let’s be real… diarrhea season is in full swing and viruses are out here acting up too.

✨ Deep breath—don’t panic. Most of these bugs (including Cyclospora) are self-limited and will pass without antibiotics.

🚫 And listen… antibiotics are not a “just in case” move. If we don’t know the exact cause, they can actually make things drag on longer and hit harder. No thanks.

💡 What we are doing:
✔️ Hydration, hydration, hydration
✔️ Handwashing like it’s your full-time job
✔️ Actually washing those fruits & veggies 👀
