United Cerebral Palsy of Central Alabama is looking for a dynamic, energetic Employment Specialist to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful jobs in our community.

✅ Provide job coaching and support
What we’re looking for:
Strong people and communication skills
Marketing, networking, or sales experience a plus
Comfortable with cold calling
Self-motivated and community-oriented
Passion for helping others succeed
Ability to complete paperwork accurately and promptly
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
