Behind CarePro Community Health and Education Services is a woman who understands that purpose doesn’t always come with an easy path.

I am Nadjah Golden, Founder & CEO of CarePro an advocate for individuals who simply need an opportunity to change the direction of their lives.

Building CarePro has taught me that leadership isn’t proven when everything is going right. It’s revealed when your work is questioned, the pressure increases, the expectations change, and you still choose to operate with excellence.

I’ve learned not to allow every challenge to distract me, every misunderstanding to discourage me, or every closed door to make me question what God gave me the vision to build.

Just give me the opportunity to work and I’ll let the results speak.

CarePro continues to grow, expand, build partnerships, serve communities, and create pathways into healthcare careers.
