These are too cute!

A fan sent us a picture of these cool Puzzle Ribbon cats that her mother makes and gives away during National Autism Awareness Month. What products and items for autism awareness have you seen and loved so far this April? Share with us in the comment!

We have many exciting online events planned and don't forget to get connected with your Autism Society local affiliate for more activities and events during National Autism Awareness Month. What are you going to do this April to make "A Better World for Autism"?

Re-Post from Connie LePhiew, Founder
Almost 7 years ago, I poured my blood sweat and tears into starting a nonprofit foundation benefiting families of children with autism, aka A Child's Voice Autism Foundation. I vowed that I would fight for the rights of children with autism and other disabilities until my dying breath. It was my mission for 4 years until I became ill and could no longer serve, and then a mighty few individuals took it over so it wouldn't have to close. They have done an awesome job and faced many trials and challenges over these past years. Recently I have returned to the foundation board and while my ability to serve is very limited for now, I still have a spark of fight and am continually reminded by parents stories that the need is still there. My sincerest thanks to those of you who have carried and supported the foundation all these years.

HEY EVERYONE! If you haven't had lunch, go check out The Coal Diamond restaurant by Piggly Wiggly. They are cooking ribs AND if you donate to A Child's Voice Autism Foundation, you will have a chance to win a cool Wine Bottle Press and Handwoven Tapestry from India which the owner Betty Perez donated to our cause. They are drawing at 2 and 4 pm. They've got live music til 4pm. Have a great meal and help and great organization. Happy Weekend!
