Calm Your Nervous System ~ Open Your Heart
4 week series with Somatic Educator and yoga guide Amy Lepage :: option to join virtually or in-person*
July 13, 20, 27 and August 10th (no class August 3rd). 5-6 PM, EST (recordings will be available if class timing doesn't work in your schedule)

Movements are done standing, sitting and lying on the floor, and modifications are possible in this highly accessible series.

*we are JUST beginning our slow transition into hybrid offerings, and specifics are subject to change based on the fluid nature of life! As of now, our plan is to limit the in-person option to 8 participants, giving everyone plenty of space (more than 6 feet between). Two large HEPA air filters/purifiers are in use, as well as open windows. Masks are required as folks enter and move about the studio, and fully-vaccinated folks have the option to remove masks once in their spot/on their mat. In addition, we are asking participants to bring their own props, along with a water bottle (let us know in advance if you need to borrow a mat, etc.). We are honored to make this transition with you, and we value and understand any concerns ~ please do not hesitate to reach out!
