Did you know that medicinal herbs are a good source of minerals? Nettle contains vitamins and minerals that can help keep your bones strong (Gupta, 2021). Stinging nettle is one of the greatest sources of vitamin K. Oatstraw is a highly nutritive herb and contains iron, calcium, magnesium, vitamins and other minerals. Red Raspberry leaves calcium, magnesium and zinc. Red clover is a source of many nutrients including calcium, and magnesium. The Apothecary makes a Mineral Tea that contains all of the herbs pictured. Add 1 T/cup after steeping for 8 hours for a mineral rich infusion.

Sorry everyone! I'm away visiting my grandmother for the weekend and my amazing hubby was going to cover the shop today but he woke up super sick and unable to get out of bed 🤒😷😫🤧 poor thing.
