Natural Womanhood recently published strong data on sauna's ability to regulate cortisol levels. While in the sauna, our stress hormones increase, but when we regularly utilize the practice, the restful side of our nervous system activates, supporting us in sustainable recovery and relaxation. This translates to more functional hormones, especially for those working with PMS, menopause, thyroid concerns, or cycle irregularities.

Let's keep it simple. Here's your packing list for sauna pleasures, for those attending one of our spring events or enjoying a private rental.

And of course, a few rules. Inside the sauna: No shoes, phones, pets, or food. Only water on the rocks, and always sit on a towel. And, most of all, have fun.
