From a locking hip to competing in not one, but TWO races this weekend. 🙌

Nicole came to us because her hip was holding her back. After a year of consistent work together, she's racing Hyrox Friday and the Bandit Grand Prix on Saturday.

• The importance of exercise, recovery, and healthy aging strategies
