🌿 **Weekly Devotional | Gentle Transitions Hospice**

**“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18**

Some weeks ask more of us than others. In moments of grief, uncertainty, caregiving, or change, we may not have the right words—or even the strength to know what comes next.

But we can remember this: **we do not have to carry every burden alone.**

May this week bring comfort to those who are hurting, peace to those making difficult decisions, strength to every caregiver, and gentle moments of love for every family walking through a season of transition.

May we also remember to extend grace to ourselves and to one another. Sometimes simply being present is one of the greatest gifts we can give. 💚
