Love this list, but I would also add social connection/community! We need human connection, and over the past couple of years, it's been even more evident in my work just how much people need kindness, hugs, a listening ear, and positive interactions with those we love and care about!

Here is your reminder to drink your water!! ✅️
A good guideline is drinking at least half of your weight in ounces everyday! 💦
So if someone is 180 lbs, they should drink at least 90 ounces everyday.
There are many benefits of staying hydrated, including increased energy and brain function, prevent headaches, improves digestion and give your metabolism a boost!
It also reduces stress by keeping you from engaging in drama since you will be in the bathroom so much. 🤣🤣 You're welcome! ❤️
