The first 12 weeks after birth are a huge transition, and new moms deserve more than a single six-week checkup.

Our 4th Trimester Package provides dedicated postpartum care for both mom and baby, including five in-home visits, one devoted doctor, and three months of Jhūma membership.

Because caring for baby also means caring for the mom.

Yes, you read that right. Internal Medicine + Pediatrics means I can care for Mom and baby under the same primary care relationship.

And honestly, I think this can make life a little easier for new parents.
Postpartum already comes with a LOT. You’re recovering, figuring out feeding and sleep, keeping up with appointments, and suddenly you’re managing healthcare for two people instead of one.

Having one primary care doctor for both Mom and baby means you don’t have to keep figuring out who to call or who to ask every time something comes up.
You have one doctor who already knows your family, knows your medical history, and can understand the bigger picture.
You don’t have to keep repeating your story.
You don’t have to explain your family history from scratch.
And as your family grows, your doctor gets to know you and your family over time.

Not every lump is cancer, but being young or having no family history doesn’t mean you’re completely risk-free.
If something feels new or different, talk to your doctor. You don’t have to know what it is. Just get it checked. 🤍
