There was a time when survival was the “goal.”
The seasons of trauma, grief, betrayal, divorce, and uncertainty made it difficult to imagine anything beyond simply getting through the day. They have a way of convincing us to play small, question our worth, and wonder if the life we once envisioned is still possible. And being courageous enough to do differently - walk away, heal, admit hard truths. Looking back it seems like lifetimes ago. When in reality over a few short years.
Yet here we are!
Thriving. Happy. Safe. Celebrating. Building businesses. Creating opportunities. Serving others. Growing in ways that once felt unimaginable. Still with a dash of doubt or imposter syndrome, yet being surrounded by love and support to keep going. That’s what makes the difference.
I don’t think imposter syndrome rarely fully disappears. It simply moves and whispers that you’re not ready, not qualified, or not enough. Meanwhile, the evidence of your resilience is standing all around you, cheering louder then the doubt.
Growth doesn’t require perfection. It requires courage, time and truth.
Looking back, it’s incredible to see how much can be built from the rubble of what once felt broken or impossible. Looking ahead, it’s even more exciting to imagine what is still unfolding.
The future isn’t just about bigger goals or larger businesses. It’s about creating a life that feels aligned, purposeful, and fully lived. One where joy isn’t postponed until everything is perfect. One where dreams are pursued despite the fear. One where it’s safe to laugh until you cry with friends and family.
A fresh cup of tea, a few colorful pens, and clear pages are waiting to be written. The past may have shaped part of my story, but the next chapter is mine to create.
Here’s to new chapters, bold visions, continued growth, and a future filled with possibility, adventure and love!
