I draw from principles across a broad range of modalities such as yoga, gymnastics and Brazilian jiu jitsu to create targeted workouts that address functional mobility FIRST and help you achieve your goals. Most training programs focus on burning up a sweat while blindly building strength. This shotgun approach can sometimes work but developing strength + endurance without addressing function first is like putting a powerful engine in a car with no power steering. This approach is inefficient at best and can lead to crash and burn at worst. Using simple movements (running, crawling, jumping) that humans have been doing for thousands of years, I get my clients moving like they're meant to. I truly believe that our bodies should last a lifetime and that improper movement habits are getting in the way. By addressing functional mobility of joints and tendons through natural movement, I'm able to get you to move BETTER. This often overlooked idea is KEY to achieving common goals fitness and athletics. If other training programs have failed you, this could be why. Everything from weight loss to endurance and strength come naturally from addressing mobility first. It's like giving yourself a hardware upgrade so that your software processes more smoothly. Mobility literally reprograms your body to function more effectively. My philosophy:

Most men come to me with the same quiet resignation.

They’ve stopped asking why they feel this way.

They’ve accepted the story. The slow mornings. The stubborn weight. The energy that used to come easily and now has to be forced. The body that feels like it’s working against them.

They’ve been told — by doctors, by culture, by the fitness industry — that this is what getting older looks like.

And so they adjusted their expectations downward.

I’ve spent 20+ years working with men like this. And the thing I keep seeing is this:

The ceiling isn’t age.

The ceiling is information that hasn’t been read correctly.

Your 3pm crash. Your stubborn belly fat. Your broken sleep. Your joints that never fully recover. These are not signs of a failing body.

They are a body sending signals.

When we learn to read those signals — and respond to them correctly — the results surprise men every time.

Not because something magical happened.

Because we finally stopped fighting the body and started working with it.
