We have some beautiful events planned in our studio this month!

Sisters Circle 1 & 2 meet for a combined circle on June 17th.

Interested in joining a circle? There is a Sisters Circle Series beginning June 24th. See previous posts for more information and how to register.

Join Lotus & Lilac Reiki Healing this month for a meditation session while nestled in a hammock. There are also reclining chairs available upon request.

Serendipity Flower Farm Friends will be hosting a Flower Arrangement Class on June 25th. This is a fundraising event. Register for this fun class on our “Events” tab. Class size is limited, sign up today!!!

Registration is now OPEN for our upcoming 3-Month Sisters Circle Series beginning this June.

This circle is a space for women to gather in connection, reflection, healing, laughter, and growth. Together we’ll create meaningful conversations, supportive community, and moments to simply exhale and be seen.

Things I Would Tell My Younger Self If I Could-

•Don’t drown in comparing yourself to others, you are beautiful and valuable and no one can take that away.

•Loving yourself can make life a lot easier.

•Be gentle with your words because hearts are fragile.

•It’s hard to move forward when you refuse to let go.

•Your first reaction to a difficult situation is usually not the wisest- pausing to think before acting is empowering.

•Giving others kindness will be soothing to your mind and to your future.

•Pain doesn’t last forever.
