A different type of high š«§
Thereās a point in a hard climb when your mind finally gets quiet
The overthinking, the unanswered questions, the things youāve been carrying
All become a little less loud.
Your attention comes back to your breath, your feet, and the ground beneath you.
And somehow, in the middle of something so demanding, thereās peace š
Michael Easter writes āWeāre all capable of more than we think, but we only learn that through exploring the edgeā
I think thatās part of why we choose hard things
To experience that moment of āhow am I going to do this?ā
and slowly discover the answer through doing it.
Taking a break.
Finding your footing.
Choosing the next step.
Thereās something deeply grounding about watching yourself move through something you werenāt sure you could handle
That experience comes home with you
You remember it the next time life feels uncertain, overwhelming or bigger than you
I donāt need to know how Iāll make it through every part to trust that I can find my way š¤
