Machu Picchu, here I come! I leave 9/1 and can start sessions again on 9/11! I’m so excited as I’ve been training to hike Machu Picchu since January 1st of this year.

A little about Machu Picchu:Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, is a sacred sanctuary nestled high within the mystical Andes, where ancient Incan wisdom, the powerful Apus (mountain spirits), and the energy of Pachamama converge.

✨ Some modern spiritual traditions also associate this extraordinary land with Lemurian energy—an ancient frequency of healing, heart-centered consciousness, divine wisdom, and remembrance—adding another layer of mystery to its powerful presence.

I hosted this workshop in my office a few months ago, and I’m now bringing it to East West Bookshop, Mountain View, on August 21st at 7pm.

On August 21st, step into a sacred evening devoted to Awakening the Divine Feminine and reconnecting with your radiance, intuition, inner wisdom, and personal power. Through guided discussion, feminine embodiment, soulful connection, and exploration of the Divine Feminine within the twin flame journey, you’ll be invited to soften, release, and return to a more empowered and authentic version of yourself. We’ll close the evening with group meditation and Reiki healing, leaving you feeling replenished, grounded, seen, and deeply reconnected to yourself.

Have you ever wanted to learn Reiki? I’m teaching my next class at my Morgan Hill office.

✨In this class, you will learn:
•how to self-heal, heal others
•the basics of energy
•history of Reiki
•the chakra system
•the basics of energy protection
•best practices from a Reiki Master
•receive Usui Reiki 1 attunement
•in a small group setting (no more than 6 students at a time)

Have you ever walked a labyrinth ? I found 3 on Mt Shasta at Panther Meadows which is at the top of the mountain as far as a car can go up.

A spiral labyrinth is a single-path walking pattern used for meditation, reflection, prayer, and mindfulness. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has only one route—there are no dead ends or wrong turns. You simply follow the path to the center and then retrace the same path back out.

Many people find the experience calming because it allows the mind to settle while the body is gently moving.
