Yesterday was a fantastic day. Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Silk Tree booth at the Optimal Health & Wellness Symposium — whether you got needled, asked questions, or just gathered info for later. You made it worth showing up.

Events like this remind me why I built The Silk Tree. And a big thank you to Optimal Health & Wellness for putting together an event that actually brought the community together around something that matters. Looking forward to next time.

We're excited to be speaking and offering acupuncture at Optimal Health & Wellness's Symposium on May 16th — we hope to see you there!

Save the date!

Tickets will be going on sale soon. Early bird sale through April 15th.

We are connecting with our vendors now, and lining up a great selection of holistic practices and businesses that you may be interested in meeting and learning from.

We have a great list of speakers that are local health & holistic providers. For our inaugural symposium, we are focusing on the best of Burke County to be represented.

Practical stations will be available for services including massage, stress management, acupuncture, and more. Details to follow.

This will be a full day of education, connection, experience, and hopefully fun.

All are welcome, as this is meant to be a regional educational conference. Tell your friends and family.

I closed out my week getting a little treatment for myself. Focusing on stress but also a little tendonitis in dealing with.

I saw Dr. Kelsey for an acupuncture treatment. She is amazing. I left feeling better. Much needed.

I am honored to be speaking at The Longevity Symposium on May 16th alongside an incredible lineup of practitioners.

I'll be talking about the impact of stress on your health and longevity—something we all deal with but don't always understand how deeply it affects us. From a Chinese Medicine perspective, there's so much we can do to support our bodies through stress and actually optimize how we age.
