Boxing with Parkinson’s 🥊❤️

We’ve been training to a metronome—
punching, stepping, and even working through more complex combos on beat.

It might look simple… but this is coordination, timing, and cognitive work all happening at once.

This is what boxing can do beyond the ring.

The ParkinSons of Bi***es Summer Pool Party ! Everyone had a blast , wish I would of thought to get a group photo so I had everyone in the pictures , but here’s a few photos I got while playing lifeguard on duty 🛟 So thankful to have friends like these that truly feel like family ❤️Thanks to James Wilson for hosting and his beautiful wife for the amazing lasagna. My heart is so full and my tummy is full ❤️
