Everybody wants the result.
Very few people are willing to endure the phase where growth feels uncomfortable, slow, frustrating, and uncertain.

What am I thinking when I’m at this board.

Some days are extremely structured.
Straight on the program write ups. . Straight to the app.

And then Somedays I throw the plan out the window and I push something insane. Then I get to watch people do something they don’t even know is incredibly difficult to the average person.
