I’ve always been amazed at how glass goes through a transformation in the ocean. Shards with jagged edges will tumble through the salt and sand, and reemerge with smooth, gentle surfaces. Turbulent or calmer water can both create this change.

Life can feel turbulent, but it doesn’t have to always feel that way. Reiki can make high tide feel more like low tide while helping you transform into your most beautiful form.

Our Energetic Body Scans (EBS) help you learn more about your blocks, physical pain points and what’s holding you back from living your best life. EBS integrates both energy healing and intuitive work to give you a comprehensive view of what’s going on overall with your mind, body and spirit. You will receive a clearing from these blocks with each EBS.

Location is not a factor in booking your session! Our services are remote services, which means we do not have to be face to face for it to work. You’ll be able to receive your EBS from the comfort of your own home.

What moves your flow?

This weekend, I went on a hike with family and friends and we passed a small waterfall and stream. As I watched the trickling droplets, my mind pondered my own energy flow. So often we allow our time, energy and attention to focus on external things and people. We also need to turn that focus inward and on what moves good energy in our bodies. I’ve stopped doing some of the things that have given me joy, so am committing to incorporate these things back into my life to increase my good energy flow:
✅ 15 mins of Tai Chi daily
✅ Outdoor walks
✅ Saying YES to more adventures (big and small)
✅ Self-care reiki at least 1x month
