Hello yogis!!

I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend. I'm posting a video from one of my favorite yoga teachers on YouTube Leslie Fightmaster. Leslie unexpectedly passed away last weekend. Her husband shared the last class she filmed last week. This will be part of my yoga practice this weekend and I wanted to share to you all.

I'm so grateful to have found her classes on Youtube. It was her classes that got me into practicing yoga everyday! I really wanted to participate in one of her YTTs. Please keep her family in your thoughts. And enjoy this wonderful class (check her out of Youtube she has SO MANY different types of classes) she was a beautiful soul who will be sadly missed.
