Happy Summer ZenDen friends!
In case you're not on my ZenDen mailing list, I wanted to take a moment to reach out to share a few exciting (and nerve-wracking) changes here at the ZenDen!
Transition! Many of you may have seen my video on Facebook, but if you didn't here's a lil recap. Let me preface this by saying I am fine and feel good. Last year was a tough one however, with a lot of transitions and shifts in my personal life. These shifts have been the catalist for change in my professional life as well. I have decided to close the physical location of the ZenDen at 1533 Mileground Rd and headed back to
BlissBlissBliss this Fall. The ZenDen is not leaving - it's changing shape, going thru a transition, recalibration and shift into something better!! This is just a "sabaticle" if you will.
Simplicity! That's the word I'm striving for. I have decided not to renew my lease at the ZenDen and think it is best for my mental and financial health if I transition my massage therapy practice fully back to BlissBlissBliss. I'm looking to simplify a lot of aspects of being a small business owner and working independently, while really honing-in opportunities for teaching the public and fellow massage therapists. Last year I became a certified continuing education provider with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and will be teaching a few classes this fall locally, Canaan Valley and the Pittsburgh area.
Roots! Back in 2014 I graduated massage school and began working at BlissBlissBliss here in town - and honestly, I've never left. Bliss has always been my massage roots, my "homebase" and I've always felt very loyal to Elizabeth (owner and one of my best friends). In fact, I still see many clients there, host various workshops and teach two yoga classes each week. So this decision feels right!
Key things to note:
** Saturday, August 29th will be the last day of clients in my office space. You can still book and see me there!!
** I will honor gift certificates purchased thru the ZenDen at Bliss, but will no longer sell them going forward. If you'd like a gift certificate, I will help you purchase one thru Bliss.
** Let's take a tour of Bliss! If you've never been there, let me show you around!
** Prices are comparable!
** Booking software will change to a program called Booker. I can help you get booked and acclimated!
**You don't have to wait til Sept to try out Bliss! Come see me there now if you like!

More than any thing I want to thank you all for the support, friendships and business over the last 12+ years! You all are the "Northstar" or constant that helps me navigate the unfamiliar waters. Stay tuned for more info about the move soon!!
