Whole Brain Solutions provides holistic trauma therapy and emotional wellness services to individuals, couples, and families of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. We primarily offer EMDR therapy (psychotherapy for trauma), private yoga (trauma-informed), and energy work. Services are available separately or woven together to meet the individual's needs. We recognize that all individuals grow a

nd learn differently, and we embrace each client's unique needs and readiness to heal, learn, and grow. We also believe that all individuals deserve the opportunity to heal and improve their lives regardless of insurance status. We also offer group trainings on neuroscience, wellness, meditation, and yoga. Additionally, clinical supervision is available for counselors interested in adaptive information processing theory.
