Adolescent brains are still developing, and ma*****na use during these critical years is not harmless. Research shows that youth cannabis use is linked to a higher risk of psychosis and other mental health challenges later in life. What starts early can have long term effects on memory, mood, motivation, and decision making.

Parents, caregivers, and community members all play a role in prevention. Talk early. Talk often. Set clear expectations and keep communication open. Prevention works when we work together.
