One question that comes up regularly is what to bring to a sound bath session?
Wear warm socks or comfy footwear. Wear something loose and comfortable. Please dress for the weather or environment.
Bring water to hydrate before, during, and after your session.
Bring a yoga mat or thick towel to rest upon. Consider bringing an extra mat to use under your knees for added support. Also, bring a pillow, comfort item (such as a stuffed animal) or a fidget. I do have fidgets available, and you are welcome to keep it. ๐
I offer eye masks for you to keep. Feel free to wear your own! If you would rather, I have small washable towels that you can place over your eyes during the session.
I have a basket for the used towels to be washed and sanitized.
If there is room or an outdoor session, you are welcome to bring your own chair. This is especially helpful if getting up and down from the ground is difficult.
During warmer months, you may want to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, lighter clothes, and blankets as well as insect repellent for outdoor sound bath events.
I also offer ear plugs for sensitive ears, or perhaps a sound just doesn't sound good to you.
Those wearing hearing aids may want to turn them down or off during your session.
Phones should be on airplane mode or off. If you wish to record our session, please ask before doing so.
Did I miss anything?
If you have attended a sound journey before, do you have a suggestion of something you use when you attend a sound bath event?
