25 Years. Countless Stories. 💙
Today, we’re sharing the story of a resident who experienced Courage Cottage firsthand.
Giving up some independence and accepting help from others can be difficult. Sometimes, it takes a gentle nudge from the people who love us most to accept the care we need.
But sometimes, that first step leads to something unexpected—a place that feels like home.
“At first I was afraid and confused... now I like it here!” —D. Maus & her children
This is the heart of Courage Cottage.
It’s meeting people where they are. It’s offering care with patience and empathy. And it’s creating an environment where residents can still feel independent, valued, known and loved—even when life looks a little different than it once did.
Because at Courage Cottage, care is about more than meeting needs. It’s about helping people find joy in the journey, wherever that journey takes them. 💙
25 years of Compassion. Community. Care.
