Not all probiotics are created equal!

We’re so excited to bring in Microbiome Labs MegaSporeBiotic. Traditional LIVE probiotics vs. SPORE-BASED probiotics. What’s the difference?

Traditional probiotics:

* Contain beneficial live bacteria
* Some strains are sensitive to stomach acid
* Help support digestion and gut balance

Spore-based probiotics:

* Are live bacteria in a naturally protected, dormant form
* Survive stomach acid exceptionally well
* Support a balanced gut microbiome
* May help support the intestinal lining and gut barrier
* Support healthy digestion and immune function

Both have their place, but we’re especially excited about the potential of spore-based probiotics for gut barrier support and overall digestive health!

Stop in and check out our newest additions!

Soooo excited about this one!!

We now have a FULL range of Ollois single homeopathics!

Our new display includes dozens of individual remedies in 30C potency, plus additional Ollois options like Arnica 200C and their Skin collection.

Each remedy is its own homeopathic preparation traditionally selected based on a person’s specific symptoms so this isn’t a “one remedy fits all” kind of thing.

New to homeopathy or not sure what you’re looking for? Come in and take a look at the Ollois Symptom Index, or ask us and we can help you navigate the selection.

So excited to finally have such a comprehensive Ollois collection in the store! 💚 Thank you everyone for your patience with me getting all of this.

The amount of people who have walked through our doors this week with sinus pressure, congestion, headaches, and colds… I’d say salt room season is officially here.

We knew our salt room would be getting lots of extra love during this time of year. 45 minutes to sit back, breathe in the salty air, relax, and give yourself a little break.

We’re open until 8 tonight with our last salt session at 7!

Call us or book online to grab a spot.
