That’s why we created our 8-Week 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝗹𝗲 — a supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are: messy bun, contact nap, spit-up shirt and all.

There’s something quietly powerful about learning to soothe and connect with your baby through touch. This summer, we are offering a gentle, hands-on 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 class, where you’ll learn simple massage techniques to help your baby relax, support digestion, ease gas discomfort, and encourage healthy development — all while deepening your bond.

Licensed massage therapist Victoria Alfonzo designed these classes to benefit babies 6 weeks to ~6 months (pre-crawling). Each session includes guided instruction, take-home handouts, and a welcoming space to settle in, feed, and connect with other parents.
