Why was I dreading cooking tonight? It happens a lot on Sundays. But then I face the music, put something together and I’m always glad that I did😃

Tonight I just made pork tenderloin in the air fryer with a nice spice rub (22 minutes at 400°). Roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes and threw some sweet potatoes in the oven too. Really good, and some nice leftovers for tomorrow.
