25 years ago I started writing, one year ago I picked it back up. Today I “finished.” Still needs edits, I’m sure many revisions. Maybe it sucks. maybe it won’t ever be more than a stack of papers in my office. Or Maybe it will be a book on your shelf. But right now I’m pretty darn proud bc I wrote a novel!!! And no - nothing to do with nutrition! 😆

Looking for a new way to eat melon? Try it with cucumber & basil! Dress it with olive oil, lime juice, honey & salt.

I used 2 cups melon, 1 cup cucumber, 2 tablespoons chopped basil, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1.5 tablespoons lime juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and sea salt to taste.

At the start of each new year, I get out all my notebooks from all the classes I have taken on nutrition, cooking, and health and review them slowly, discarding what I feel I no longer need, organizing the information, and relearning what I may have forgotten.

(There’s a lot more than this stack! I might be done by next year lol!)
