Sometimes feeling stuck is a sign that you’ve outgrown your environment.
One of the biggest lessons I’m learning is that growth does not always begin with a clear plan.
Sometimes, it begins with discomfort.
You realize the space you are in no longer challenges you. The conversations no longer inspire you. The environment that once felt familiar now feels limiting.
And staying there can slowly teach you to play smaller than you were meant to.
Choosing a new path can feel uncertain, but it can also feel deeply aligned.
The right community does more than welcome you. It helps you see your potential more clearly. It introduces you to new perspectives, encourages you to stretch, and reminds you that growth is still available to you.
I’m learning that outgrowing a space does not mean it was wrong.
It may simply mean that chapter has taught you everything it was meant to teach.
Becoming HER means giving yourself permission to evolve.
To leave rooms that require you to shrink.
To choose environments that support who you are becoming.
And to trust that alignment often feels like expansion.
The lesson: You can be grateful for where you have been and still choose a new direction.
What is one environment, belief, or season you have outgrown?
