I am a doula.

I provide education so parents are able to make the best informed decision that make sense to their family. My previous couples will tell you my favorite line is, "Knowledge is power."

In addition, comfort is key. I take pride in providing a safe space, free of judgement for my couples that I have the honor to work with. YOU are an individual, which means your care + your plans + your reality should be individualized.

I provide physical comfort by using birthing balls, different laboring positions, a TENS unit, lavender infused washcloths and much more that I have stored away in my doula bag of tricks!
