🧼 Soap & Water vs. Hand Sanitizer — Which Is Better? 🦠

With cold and flu season approaching, you may be wondering: Should I wash my hands or use hand sanitizer?

The answer? Whenever possible, choose soap and water! 🫧

Washing your hands helps remove germs, dirt, and other contaminants, making it one of the simplest and most effective ways to help protect yourself and others during the fall and winter months.

But what about when you’re on the go? 🙌
Hand sanitizer is a great option when soap and water aren’t available. Choose one that contains at least 60% alcohol and use enough to cover all surfaces of your hands.

🧼 At home? Wash with soap and water.
🧴 On the go? Reach for hand sanitizer.

A simple habit like keeping your hands clean can go a long way toward keeping you and your family healthy this season! 💙
