By popular demand, we are now offering 30 min bookings for our private gym! So if you’re looking to get a quick workout and don’t feel like booking an entire hour block, you now have an option for just half an hour. You can still book back to back sessions if you have a longer workout planned. Also, feel free to check out the new punching bag we just got and get out some aggression while increasing your cardio performance.
