I am a Christian country girl at heart, born and raised in Idaho, with a passion for art, nature and holistic health. I fell in love with Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) a few years ago when I was searching for new modalities to help with my chronic pain and autoimmune management. Because of my own personal life-long struggle with chronic pain and fatigue, I have a long history of researching, exp

eriencing and practicing different holistic solutions. I have a passion to share anything that can bring healing and wholeness to those in need. I found that there is something really special about VST and felt a calling to share it with others. I became a certified VST practitioner with the Vibrational Sound Association in 2021. I feel that every single person can benefit from VST and I want to help YOU experience the benefits it has to offer. I seriously cannot wait to vibe with you!
