If you are a caring, enthusiastic, motivated, community-minded and attentive person, come join Boise Acupuncture Co-op’s team! We are a high-volume POCA involved community acupuncture clinic, striving to offer effective, affordable, and accessible acupuncture to the Treasure Valley and beyond.
The clinic: Boise Acupuncture Co-op (BAC) is the only non-profit community acupuncture clinic in Idaho. We are currently made up of 3 full-time acupunks, 1 full-time bookkeeper & front desk coordinator, 2 part-time receptionists, and a dozen volunteers. We see around 200 patients per week from a diverse array of backgrounds and seeking care for a diverse array of reasons. We pride ourselves on approaching treatment from a trauma-informed lens and acknowledging the institutional, cultural, environmental, spiritual and personal root causes of dis-ease. We organize and govern with a socratic model to embody the values of community, equality, accountability and transparency.
