There is a meditation joke -- 'meditate 20 minutes unless you are stressed and too busy --- then meditate for an hour'. The paradox is that when we feel we have the least time is when meditation can benefit us the most -- slow us down, soothe our nervous system. So in honor of our busy-ness and the end of the semester with all the changes on the horizon; all the goodbyes being said; all the many, many demands on our time, and all the ways we long for peace and quiet and relief from the chaos.. I will offer a deeply soothing, quieting, and joyful practice. This practice is offered as part of Destress Fest in conjunction with Vandal Health Ed.
