There was a time I’d lose sleep trying to figure out why someone had a problem with me: Did I say the wrong thing? Should I try to fix it?
Meanwhile, they were living rent-free in my head. Not anymore.
The biggest shift happens when you realize other people's opinions aren't your responsibility. Sometimes you aren't disliked for doing anything wrong—you're just being punished for standing on your boundaries and being real. And honestly? That’s on them, not you.
I’m done shrinking, apologizing for boundaries, or auditioning for people who are determined to misunderstand me anyway.
If I’m not your cup of tea, drink coffee. Life is too short to be a watered-down version of yourself.
