Having a sense of community within the gym is a priority for us, as well as providing our members the training atmosphere they deserve, and we believe we ha

ve the perfect marriage of an encouraging atmosphere and a serious training environment. We never get tired of seeing our members succeed, and we plan to keep that tradition going.

Folger will play with UNC at the College World Series! First game is Friday, June 12th @ 7pm on ESPN!

Jackson is pitching with the OKC Comets against the Charlotte Knights. Come join us on Sunday, June 14th @ 5:00 to support him! Tickets are available through Charlotte Knights
