As I sit here and reflect over our 4 day celebration at Pete's Produce and with our food truck JammOn Jaleigh’s and ALL the hard work and dedication that Dan Peterson ,Dorothy Kramer ,Angela Hirsch Emily Walden, Donald Mains , AdamAnd Bobbie came and played for free brought ornaments and tshirts to sell. Brent and Debra Hocking too. We all worked very hard and to see so many people post about hiw Mt. Carmel had nothing to do! we advertised for a month for sure! We want to Say a big Thank You for the support of those that came and supported our small businesses! We met some great travelers and had lots of compliments on our food! All we can do is do better than Yesterday! The Total Eclipse will definitely go down in our history as epic! Everyone have a blessed Tuesday and go back to life as usually!

Super shout out to everyone who came out yesterday to support VFW here in Mt. Carmel! It was a great day! There was not an empty seat in the house most of the day and into the evening! The music was great. It was a humbling day! Thank you to everyone who helped and supported our hero’s!

At highland Cemetery this morning at 10 AM. Loved ones and non profit organizations will be placing wreaths on ALL of our fallen war hero’s! This is a movement across the nation! So.. when you are living your life the way you want come out help place wreaths and honor them!! Have a blessed Saturday!

It’s always a great opportunity for the community and for our small businesses within the community! A special thank you to all our workers!
