DM me “𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧” if you want me to build a system around your lifestyle. 👇🏼

One of the biggest frustrations I hear is...

“I work out all the time, but I still can’t lose weight.”

It’s the little things that add up.

Maybe your portions are a little bigger than you think.

Maybe weekends look completely different than weekdays.

Maybe you’re switching diets every few weeks before giving one enough time to actually work.

A few workouts each week won’t outweigh inconsistent habits the other 160+ hours.

The people who get the best results…they just have a plan they can follow consistently that works for them.

That’s what makes the difference.

DM me “Plan” and I’ll help you build a system that fits your lifestyle instead of forcing your life to fit another diet.

First off, congratulations to Baire Aesthetics, Lauren, and Morgan. 👏🏼

What they accomplished is nothing short of incredible.

Winning an overall, earning an IFBB Pro card at her first national show, and then stepping on a pro stage just hours later to place in the top five against seasoned professionals is an accomplishment very few athletes will ever experience.

But I also think it’s important to have an honest conversation.

Stories like this are the exception…not the expectation.

For most competitors, building a physique capable of earning a pro card takes years of consistent training, nutrition, muscle development, and refinement. Then, once you earn that pro card, holding your own against IFBB pros often takes even more time. 😅

The danger isn’t celebrating stories like Morgan’s…we absolutely should.

The danger is when NEW competitors see a journey like this and subconsciously expect their own path to unfold the same way.

Comparison has ended more bodybuilding careers than lack of potential ever has. I always say, comparison is the thief of joy.

Celebrate exceptional achievements, but don’t let someone else’s timeline become the standard 𝐘𝐎𝐔 judge yourself against.

Your job isn’t to copy someone else’s journey.

Your job is to maximize your own.

What are your thoughts? Do stories like this inspire competitors, or do they sometimes create unrealistic expectations?

No one is legit talking about this, so here’s my unique view on this topic💁🏼‍♂️

Somewhere along the way, Bikiki became all about one destination…

“𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐨.”

But why?

Nobody joins a local flag football league expecting to make it to the NFL. Yet in bodybuilding, people compete once or twice and immediately believe the IFBB is the only measure of success.

I don’t think that’s healthy for the sport. This is where the conversation needs to start.

The NPC is where the overwhelming majority of competitors belong… and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. In fact, this is where MOST build the best memories.

You can build an incredible physique, win local and regional shows, push yourself, and enjoy the entire journey without feeling pressured to chase a pro card that may require GENETICS, years of dedication, and for some women, levels of PED use they’re simply not comfortable with…

We need to stop treating the NPC like it’s just a waiting room for the IFBB.

For most competitors…

The NPC IS the dream. And that’s perfectly okay.

👇🏼 Curious what you think.

Should competitors enjoy the NPC for what it is, or should everyone be chasing an IFBB Pro Card?

💥 Hot Take 💥

Bodybuilding is a judged sport. That’s never going to change.

If you step on stage, your physique will be judged… that’s literally what you signed up for.

But there’s a difference between judging a physique... and disrespecting the person behind it.

You don’t know if someone lost 20 pounds... or 100.

You don’t know what it took for them to get there.

Respect the courage it takes to step on stage. Most people will never even attempt it.

👇🏼 What’s your take? Should anyone who puts in the work be allowed to compete, or should there be a higher standard before stepping on an NPC stage?

Let’s be real…

A lot of people see someone with an incredible physique and immediately assume it’s because they’re taking something.

What they don’t see is the years of training, the boring meals, the missed nights out, the consistency, and the discipline that came first.

PEDs don’t build the physique.

The work builds the physique 😮‍💨

The PEDs just help someone get more out of the work they’re already doing.

That’s why I always laugh when people ask me what the “best” PED is.🤓

The best PED in the world won’t fix poor training.
It won’t fix weekend binges.
It won’t fix skipping workouts every other week.

You still have to EARN the result.

And if you’re considering going down that road, do yourself a favor and get educated first.

Get bloodwork.
Understand the risks.
Work with someone who actually knows what they’re doing.

Don’t just listen to some random person on TikTok.

Most people aren’t held back by one BIG mistake.

It’s usually a handful of small habits that keep showing up every single week.

Skipping meals all day and overeating at night.

Crushing it Monday through Friday, then completely letting loose on the weekend (By far a HUGE mistake)

Relying on motivation when life gets busy instead of having a plan.

Getting 5 hours of sleep and wondering why your cravings are through the roof.

None of these things seem like a big deal on their own.

But stack them together week after week, month after month, and they can easily keep you stuck in the same place.

The good news?

Most of these habits are completely fixable once you become aware of them and start building better ROUTINES around your day.

Which one of these habits do you struggle with the most?… and let’s fix it 🫣

One of the most common conversations I have with women goes something like this:

“I think my metabolism is broken.” 😅

Then I ask them to walk me through a normal day.

Most of the time, they barely eat all day because work is crazy, the kids need something, meetings pile up, life happens...

Then nighttime rolls around and they’re starving.

Now they’re picking, snacking, and eating everything in sight.

That’s not necessarily a “metabolism issue”

𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧.

And until you identify the pattern, it’s hard to fix the problem… read that one more time.

Most women struggle because they don’t know what’s actually holding them back and then if they do, they don’t know how to fix it.

Once you identify the bottleneck, everything gets a lot easier.

So tell me...

Do you struggle more with eating enough during the day or controlling cravings at night?

GLP-1s can be an incredible tool when used correctly.

But if you’re not giving your body a reason to keep muscle around through resistance training, you’re missing a huge piece of the puzzle.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight (this encompasses muscle and fat)

The goal is to get stronger, improve your mobility, protect your metabolism/muscle, and create results that actually last.

Use the medication as the additive… this is 🔑

Build the foundation with training and nutrition.

If you’re a nurse, medical professional, busy mom, or business owner and you’re ready to do this the right way, DM me “𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐘” 👇🏼

The people who stay in shape aren’t the ones with the least stress, the most free time, or the most motivation😅

They’re the ones who have a plan for when life gets busy.

One person uses stress, travel, long workdays, and weekends as reasons to fall off… sound familiar maybe?

The other adjusts, stays consistent, and keeps moving forward… this is exactly where we want to be 🫡

Same problems.

Different decisions.

Which side do you see yourself on right now? 👇🏼
